Super Fudgy Brownies

Super Fudgy Brownies

Sigh…brownies…

Who doesn’t love a fudgy warm brownie? This recipe so decadent and chocolately with a delicious dark chocolate shell on top. I love adding instant coffee to chocolate desserts. It enhances the flavor and really drives home that over the top richness! Resisting one of these brownies is pointless…waiting patiently for them to cool is basically torture…but worth it. Promise!

Make these for your friends and loved ones and they will love you forever. Also, these make a great Valentine’s Day dessert…just sayin’.

Rich & chocolately…all the things you want your brownies to taste like. The instant coffee in this recipe just enhances that wonderful chocolate flavor. These are definitely decadent & definitely hard to resist!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Unsalted Butter (Melted)

  • 2 Cups of White Sugar

  • 4 Eggs

  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

  • 1 Cup of Cocoa Powder

  • 1 Cup of All-Purpose Flour

  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons of Baking Powder

  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt

  • 3 Teaspoons of Instant Coffee

  • 3/4 Cup of Dark Chocolate Chips (Optional)

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 350℉.
  • In a bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, & cocoa powder. Set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, add in the melted butter, sugar, instant coffee & vanilla extract. Mix well! Then add in the eggs, one at time.
  • Once that is all combined, add in the dry ingredients a 1/2 cup at a time. Mix until there are no clumps. Don’t over mix!
  • Pour the batter into a parchment lined 8×8 baking dish. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes. Use a tooth pick to test the center of the brownies to make sure they’re done! (You want it to come out semi clean)
  • Once they’re out of the oven, sprinkle the dark chocolate chips over the top. Cover with aluminum foil for 5 minutes. Then remove the aluminum foil. Spread out the melted chocolate & let them cool for 30 minutes to an hour or until the chocolate on top has created a nice hardened shell.
  • Then serve!

  1. I will only eat chocolate with pecans or almonds, this receipe has totally changed my mindset that brownies don’t have to have any nuts. #BESTBRONIESEVER…❤

  2. These nuts are the 💣 bomb.
